DIY BBQ Machine Hire

We also have professional large plate gas barbeques for hire all

year round, for those who fancy a DIY approach  to catering.

Prices from £60.00* a day including:

bbq, gas, instruction in use & delivery/collection within 5 miles (50p per mile there after).

With good notice we are also able to provide Westlands Farm's

Free range bbq packs (usually inc: Home Made Burgers, Sausages,

lamb grill sticks & BBQ ribs).

*A £100.00 refundable cash deposit is required on ALL bbq hires.

*A £150.00 refundable cash deposit is required on ALL machine hires.

Please note, we can never take away/dispose of hog remains on a DIY hire due to trade waste laws. However to the best of our knowledge you are within your rights to place it in your own domestic or commercial waste.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MACHINE HIRE

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING

IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL FOOD IS SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION AND COOKED TO A SAFE TEMPERATURE (75 DEG C+) A HAMPSHIRE HOG! TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FOOD SUPPLIED & OR COOKED BY THE CLIENT OR ANYBODY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLIENT. IF THE MACHINE IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WHEN COLLECTED, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED AND USED TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGE THAT HAS OCCURRED IN THE CLIENTS CARE. IF THE DAMAGE REPAIR COST IS LESS THAN THE DEPOSIT GIVEN BY THE CLIENT THEN THE BALANCE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT. IF THE MACHINE IS DEEMED BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR THEN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED AND THE CLIENT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE TO REPLACE THE MACHINE. WITH AN EQUIVALENT NEW MACHINE. IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THE MACHINE FOR USE WHILE IN THE CARE OF THE CLIENT, AS THE CLIENT IS NOT COVERED BY A HAMPSHIRE HOG’S INSURANCE POLICY FOR PUBLIC LIABILITY. THE CLIENT IS FORBIDDEN FROM SUB-HIRING THE MACHINE OR EQUIPMENT AND TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SECURITY & SAFETY OF THE MACHINE WHILE IN THEIR CARE.
